Estella Wagner
Owner & Director
As the owner and director of Lil' Tiger's Playhouse, Estella is passionate about creating a place where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. A Slaton graduate herself, she has deep roots in the community and believes strong relationships with children and families are at the heart of quality childcare.
Estella attended South Plains College and graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville. She also holds an Early Childhood Administrative Certificate and brings both education and hands-on leadership experience to the center.

Rebecca Botello
Assistant Director & Teacher Mentor
Rebecca brings more than 19 years of teaching experience to Lil' Tiger's Playhouse and serves as both Assistant Director and Teacher Mentor. A Slaton alumni, she is passionate about supporting children as they learn and grow while also helping teachers strengthen their skills in the classroom.
Rebecca is a Texas School Ready certified teacher, holds Infant and Toddler CDA credentials, and has completed her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development.
